Reclaiming Wellness

Annual Behavioral health Conference & Resource Fair

Every July during BIPOC mental health awareness month we convene in honor of promoting health equity by addressing mental health inequities and disparities, as a way to improve mental health outcomes for people of color.

We invite everyone who works in behavioral health to include clinicians, medical providers, educators, administrators, students, those working in criminal justice, and community members vested in mental health services!

Healing begins within

  • Increased access to healthcare conferences that represents BIPOC community members in health and wellness spaces.

  • Connecting community members to high quality mental health support and other resources.

  • Improved health equity for those from disadvantaged and historically oppressed groups.

  • Increase health literacy by providing educational programming.

  • Raising awareness among healthcare providers offering cultural competency training to health care providers.

  • Mentorship, networking, and professional development.
