Sound Bath Therapy

Sound Bath Meditation

Sound Bath Meditation with Jennifer Moore

A Sound Bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice itself.

We wanted for All Women to feel special on this day and get a chance to experience another form of therapy.

Some of the benefits of this type of therapy are

  • Deepening relaxation.

  • Lowering stress and anxiety.

  • Improving mood and well-being.

  • Improving sleep.

  • Heightening focus and energy.

  • A feeling of rejuvenation.

  • stress reduction.

  • decreased anxiety and depression.

(Disclaimer-Please Do not register if you're not going to attend, because that will take away a spot for someone that really needs it or want to attend. Thank you)
